Ok, so my previous posts were on the money. I suspect this one will be as well. Interest rates will NOT stay low for much longer. A growing economy means interest rates much rise to keep it from overheating and becoming inflationary. It could do that anyway because the economic stimulus has been so strong.
My suggestion, from a real estate standpoint, is to BUY NOW. If you'll be looking for a home soon (within the next 12 months), move up your search. At minimum, begin your search now. There are still a few foreclosures available and homeowners have adjusted their expectations to lower levels so you can still get a home for much less than just a few years ago.
Homeownership is not a get rich quick scheme, but an investment and a place to enjoy life. Prices will fluctuate, but the truth is that there are only so many properties and limited supply so, like any other commodity, prices will generally rise.
If you'd like to get started looking at Charlotte area homes, call me. If you'd just like a customized search, let me know that, too. The process is simple and the rewards can be far better than most other investments.

Most loan seekers have to borrow money in order to purchase their home or finance their business. Few have enough money sitting in the bank, or in other easily saleable assets to obtain a loan from the bank as collateral. (Even those few who do have enough money or assets usually find it financially difficult to borrow money from the bank) But Mr Pedro and his loan company offer loans with assets as collateral and they offer 2% rate in return between loan amount of $5000- $5,000,000.00 as long as you are honest to make a return.
